July 28, 1933 ~ June 7, 2017 (age 83) 83 Years Old

JEANETTE H. LIGHTCAP, 83 of Greenville, ME (formerly of Mt. Holly, NJ) after giving much of her life to family and friends, is now safe in the arms of Jesus.  Jeanette was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 28, 1933, daughter of the late Florence and James Hague.  Jeanette retired from Riverview Estates after being a faithful employee for close to 40 years.  She enjoyed serving the residents and always had a smile and a kind word for them.  Jeanette’s greatest joy was knowing that her eternal life was secured by Jesus’ death on the Cross for her.  Jeanette married the love of her life, Donald, on January 9, 1954.  They shared 63 years of marriage and had two children, Joanne Reamer of Greenville, ME, and Curtis Lightcap of Burlington, NJ.  Her joy in life was sharing unlimited love and devotion to her family, often putting their needs before her own.  Along with her loving husband, Don, she leaves behind her daughter, Joanne and son-in-law Ron who cared for her during this last year, her son, Curtis and daughter-in-law Marcy, her grandchildren whom she delighted in: Bethany Beverly and her husband, Ben and their son, Isaac of Monson, ME; Shannon Ackart and her husband, Dan and their two sons, Sammy and Owen of Fort Smith, AR; Jeanne Orsino and her husband, Andrew and their son, Simon of Marlton, NJ; Sam Reamer and his wife, Angela of Martinsburg, WV; and Rachel and Joey Lightcap of Burlington, NJ.  She also leaves behind her brother, who she adored, Guy Hague of Reading, PA and many special friends who loved her dearly.  She is pre-deceased by her sister, Patsy, and her brother, Jim.  Friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Friday, June 16th at Fellowship Community Church, 1520 Hainesport Rd., Mt. Laurel, NJ with a service to follow at 11:00 am.  Interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations the family requests donations be made to Jeanette’s nieces Jane or Joan Schmitz, missionaries with the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism, ABWE Donor Services, PO Box 8585, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
