Ralph G Swift

RALPH G. SWIFT, of Shamong, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8th, 2018, at the age of 83.  Born in Phila., PA, the son of the late Ralph M. and Phyllis (DiPaolo) Swift, he has resided in Shamong for the past 43 yrs. moving there from Phila, PA.  Ralph was an Aeronautical Engineer with the US Navy Dept. in Lakehurst, NJ retiring in 2000 and then serving as an independent consultant.  He is a graduate of South East Catholic High School and Drexel University and was very involved with the Class of 1952.  He loved fantasy baseball and music.  He is the Beloved Husband of Winifred (Dettore) Swift of Shamong, NJ and the Loving Father of Jennifer Swift-Dash and her husband Arthur of Marlton, NJ, Michelle Swift-Papp and her husband Brad of Medford, NJ and the late Christopher Swift.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Kyleigh Swift, John Swift, Juliana Swift, Isabella Rodriguez and Trevor Rodriguez and his brother-in-law Justin Dettore of Wynnewood, PA.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM and on Friday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Lakes Church in Medford, NJ.  Interment will follow in the Colestown Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests memorial donations to Bancroft, Atten: Development Office 1255 Caldwell Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.  (www.Bradleystow.com)
