Donna Lynn (nee Westergard) McClure, 63, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. She was born to Robert and Irma Lee (nee Kessler) Westergard on September 13, 1953 in Fort Dix, NJ, but as an Army kid, lived in Alaska, Georgia, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Later, Donna settled in southern New Jersey, where her Dad opened Delran Coffee Shop. Helping her father in his shop became more than just a job when she poured a cup of coffee to a handsome young man who would soon become her husband. Her husband of 40 years, Kenneth C. McClure, precedes her in death. They were a fabulous team, as they loved each other sacrificially and worked closely together in their family business. Donna is also preceded in death by their daughter, Meredith McClure. And now, all three are united together in the joy and fullness of heaven. Donna is survived by three children, Melissa Lewis (Matthew), Kenneth J. McClure (Lindsay), and Katy McClure. She delighted in her six grandchildren, Cayla, Tommy, Tyler, Savannah, Andrew, and Levi. Donna is also survived by five siblings, Kim Westergard, Cathy Kelley, Robert Westergard, David Pulsinelli, and Stephen Pulsinelli. When she wasn’t busy doing her part for the family business, she could be found preparing delicious meals and tending to her garden of beautiful flowers and fresh tomatoes. She will be remembered as a woman with strength, kindness, and perseverance and her legacy will live on in those who knew and loved her. Friends and family are invited for visitation on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 4 to 6pm at Fellowship Alliance Chapel, 199 Church Road, Medford NJ. A service will follow at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, #300, Marlton, NJ 08053. (www.BradleyStow.com)
