John J. Gardner

JOHN J. GARDNER, of Tabernacle, NJ, passed away on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015.  He was 75.  Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, he is the son of the late Hobart and Mary Gardner and the Husband of the late Ruth Ann Gardner and has resided in Tabernacle since 1987 moving there from Indian Mills, NJ.  Owner and Founder of Tuckerton Turf Farm in Tabernacle, NJ, John started the company in 1977.  He is a member of the Vincentown Masonic Lodge, the Indian Mills Fire Company and was a veteran of the US Navy.  He is the Beloved Father of John Jr. and his wife Shari of Indian Mills, NJ, Timothy and his wife Kris of Tabernacle, NJ and Brian and his wife Heather of Shamong, NJ and the Loving Grandfather of Brian Jr., Emily, Jaylyn and Andrew all of Shamong, NJ, Travis, Nicole and the late John III all of Indian Mills, NJ and Jessica, Jamie and Timmy J. all of Tabernacle, NJ.  He is also survived by his sister Mittie Piper of Shamong, NJ and his brothers Robert and his wife Susan and Joseph and his wife Lillian all of Shamong, NJ.  Relative and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday from 6:00 – 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM.  Interment will follow in the Columbus Cemetery in Columbus, NJ.
