Nancy Jane (Lloyd) Baxter

NANCY J. BAXTER (Nee Lloyd) of Worcester, MA, and formerly of Medford, NJ, passed away on Monday, June 26th, 2017 surrounded by her family after a short illness. She was 68 years of age and a 1967 graduate of Lenape High School in Medford, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Russell E. Sr. and Helen K. Lloyd and is predeceased by her bother Russell E. Jr. and Claire A. Lloyd. Nancy grew up in Lake Pine and moved to Massachusetts in 1989.  She is the Beloved Wife of Thomas E. Baxter of Worcester, MA, and the Loving Mother of Michelle Witkes and Son-in-law Charles of Rutland, MA.  Nancy is the Loving Mom-mom of Addison Witkes who shares her love of travel and Disney. Nancy is also survived by her Sister-in law Elizabeth Lloyd of Medford, NJ, Mother-in-law Marion Brunn of Ship Bottom, NJ and best friend since elementary school Janice (Prickitt) Steff of Medford, NJ.  Nancy is also survived by Tom’s siblings, their spouses and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Nancy also leaves several close friends in Massachusetts and New Jersey who often traveled with her and Tom on cruises and to Disney.  Nancy worked for 28 years in the office at the Dimitria Delights Baking Company in North Grafton, MA.  Nancy loved going to Walt Disney World with her family and sailing on over 30 Royal Caribbean cruises with Thomas.  She will be remembered as being the to go-to person for planning and booking vacations for friends and family.  Services for Nancy will be private. Interment will take place at the Mt. Holly Cemetery, Mt. Holly, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy and keeping with Nancy’s love for travel, the family requests donations to Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, FL.
