Nicholas Iannuzzi

Nicholas Iannuzzi of Medford passed away peacefully on March 13, 2017. He was surrounded by loved ones and fought heroically in his battle with congestive heart failure.  He was 90.  He was born July 31, 1926 in Medford, to the late Rafaela Caparizzo and Nicola Iannuzzi.  After graduating from Mt. Holly High School in 1944, he proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the VFW, and a parishioner of St. Mary’s of the Lake.  He was a well loved barber in Medford and Pemberton, and later in his career became a rural letter carrier for the US Postal Service, from which he retired in 1986.  Nick loved to travel and explore US historical sights and he was a major fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.  Nick was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Noreen, and his son, Nevin, his brothers, Vincenzo, William, Anthony and Arthur, and his sister, Filomena.  He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Antoinette of Medford, his son, Nicholas and daughter in law Judith, and his daughter in law, Rosemary, and grandchildren Nicholas, Andrew and Nevin.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday March 21st from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at St Mary’s of the Lakes Church, 40 Jackson Road, Medford, NJ where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow in the Parkview Cemetery in Medford, NJ.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent De Paul, P.O.
