Warren E Knowsley

WARREN E. KNOWSLEY, of Leisuretowne, Southampton, NJ, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014.  He was 77 yrs. of age.  Born in Jersey City, NJ, he is the faithful husband of Edna A. (nee Rainone) Knowsley and devoted and encouraging father to Jonathan Knowsley, Sondra Paulson, Ellen Luhrs and loving and wise grandfather to Marshall, Elliott & Heidi Paulson and Tyler & Kyle Knowsley. His grandchildren will always remember his stories of his varied life experiences and advice for their futures. He is one of 5 siblings. Warren's only surviving brother is Daniel Knowsley of Tuttle, Oklahoma. Warren was a member of Fellowship Community Church as an active and ready servant, where he loved to be behind the scenes and making coffee for early morning prayer breakfasts. Just a few of his "Jack of All Trades" occupations included: Family Pet Store Owner, Plumber's Apprentice, Tour Bus Driver, Gas Station Owner, Sears Roebucks Manager in Union City and Livingston. Warren became a registered nurse in the 1970's and worked at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Newark, as a pediatric RN, followed by a career in psychiatric medicine at Bergen Pines County Hospital, from which he retired in the late 1990's. His enthusiasm for life and dedication to God lifted him up higher than he thought he could ever be.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the Fellowship Community Church, 1520 Mt. Laurel-Hainesport Rd., Mt. Laurel, NJ, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 6:00 PM.  Interment will be held privately on Tuesday at the Evergreen Cemetery in Lumberton, NJ.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has requested memorial donations to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.   (www.BradleyStow.com)
