Anne M (Washick) DiEnna

ANNE M. DiENNA (Nee Washick) age 76, of Southampton, NJ, passed away on April 13, 2020. Born in Nanticoke, PA, she is the daughter of the late Theodore and Margaret Washick. Anne was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Frank J. DiEnna, Jr.  The dear sister of the late Sharon Pileggi (Anthony) and Theodore Washick, Anne was raised in Hatboro, PA. She graduated from Hatboro-Horsham High School and pursued a career as a Cosmetologist. Anne and Frank met in Ocean City, NJ, and raised their family in Haddonfield, NJ. Anne enjoyed many years volunteering at Christ the King Church and School. She was active in the PTA, loved to sew and crochet, and, most of all, she loved her family.  Anne was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, especially over the holidays. In 1998, Anne and Frank moved to Leisuretowne in Southampton, NJ, where she continued to volunteer her time and talents in support of Holy Eucharist Church in Tabernacle, NJ, and the Deborah Hospital Foundation. For many years leading up to her diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, she was known for her holiday cookie trays and cakes.  Anne is the beloved mother of Dawn A. Harrer (Michael), Eve M. Hanley (Matthew), Michele L. Haines (Troy), and Frank M. DiEnna III (Maria). She is the loving grandmother of Michael Harrer, Jr.; Brooke Harrer (Thomas); Austin Harrer; Emily Hanley; Sean Hanley; Alexander Hanley; and, great granddaughter, Ella.  Relatives and Friends will be invited to her Memorial Mass on Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Church of the Holy Eucharist, 520 Medford Lakes Road, Tabernacle, NJ.  Arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.
