Annmarie Williams Obituary

After battling stage 4 lung cancer for almost 2 years, Annmarie "Ana" Williams passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the age of 55.

Ana is survived by her loving husband Timothy Williams of Medford Lakes, NJ; her parents Patricia Reinke of Medford, NJ and John Maiorino of The Villages, FL, her 8 children, Zachary Williams, Shaina Arb, Caleigh Giarra, Sophia Murphy, Nathan Williams, Olivia Williams, Lena Williams, and Melodi Williams; her granddaughter Selah Arb; her sister Danielle Maiorino; her sons-in-law Caleb Arb, Timothy Giarra, and Mitchell Murphy. She is preceded by the passing of her sister Diana Patterson.

Ana was born on June 17, 1965 in New Haven CT to Patricia and John. She graduated from Shawnee High School in 1983. She married Timothy Williams, the love of her life, on April 26, 1986. Ana and Tim were overjoyed to have 8 children together and Ana homeschooled each one. Her children remember her not only as their mom and teacher, but also their treasured friend, one who inspired, challenged, and encouraged them in every area of their lives.

Ana was skilled in interior design, event coordination and wedding design, writing, costume design and makeup, swimming, skiing, counseling, beach bumming, and singing "This Is the Day" off key with her children. She was an Energizer Bunny, a genuine, selfless, loving, warm, and kind woman who loved baby animals (especially goats), gardening, painting and lettering, art, history, scrapbooking, theater, and reading books with her children so they could gush about them together. She always had her nails painted, her workouts always finished, and she’d wait up for her children when they were out no matter how late they came home. She was fervently passionate about her relationship with Christ and raising her children to love the Lord. She was strongly involved in the homeschool community in South Jersey from its early days, and deeply devoted to her church family.
