JOSEPH P. ADAMS, JR. of Mt. Holly, NJ, left this earth to join his wife Shirley and son Craig on Saturday, July 17th, 2021. He was 83 years of age. Born in Pottsville, PA, he is the son of the late Edna and Joseph P. SR, and is the husband of the Late Shirley Ann Adams (Nee Vidal). Joe was a hardworking, family man who always strived to live an honest, good life. He taught his life lessons on to his children, and to theirs, showing them all acts of respect and kindness. Joe proudly owned and operated Wood Design & Development of Hainesport, NJ, until his retirement. From Kirby’s Mill to Pemberton Lake, you could find Joe fresh water fishing in his spare time. Every summer, Joe was known for his extensive tomato and pepper garden, cataloging over 60 different tomato species. He loved to share his love of gardening and fishing with his family. Joe is the Beloved Father of Joseph P. Adams, III (Nancy), Marti Adams, Robin Fichmann, Kimberly Carducci and the late Craig Adams. He is the Loving Grandpop of Jason (Crystal), Robert, Matthew, Cain, Chelsea, Jacob, Jessica (Andrew), Tyler and Trevor. He is the Great Grandpop of Adalynn Puk and the late Baby Jason Adams. He is survived by his Brother Charles Adams, and is predeceased by 2 siblings. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, July 24 from 9:00 am – 11:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 Am. Interment will follow in the Mt. Holly Cemetery, Mt. Holly, NJ.
