Kenneth A. Gimbel, “Ken” of Shamong, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, age 71 years. Beloved husband of Marie R. (nee Lathbury). Loving father of Ken Gimbel and his wife Michelle of Berlin, Mike Gimbel of Mt. Laurel. Devoted grandfather of Jesse, Jake, Tyler, Taylor and great grandfather of Tegan Marie, Henry, Noah, and Liam. Dear brother of Thomas and the late Leonard and Frank. He is also survived by his great aunt Ciocia Jeanne.

Ken was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Frank and Dorothy Gimbel.  He was a small business owner who loved boating.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Thursday May 28th at 11AM at the St. Mary of the Lakes Church, 40 Jackson Road, Medford, NJ.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his name to the Esophageal Cancer Foundation (American Cancer Society).  (www.BradleyStow.com)
