Mary M. Colombo (nee Krachun) of Lumberton, NJ was taken into the care of the Lord on Tuesday; March 17th, 2020. She was 80 years of age. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Albert Colombo, Sr. and the daughter of the late Misha George Krachun Sr. and the late Grace M. Smith. Mary was born on a farm in Columbus, NJ, and raised in Maple Shade, NJ. Later she raised her family in Moorestown, NJ. She was a long time resident in Tricia Meadows in Mount Laurel, NJ. Mary also enjoyed activities such as bowling, playing cards, dominoes, enjoyed swimming and yard games with her family and friends; her pictures were her treasures as they were always displayed throughout wherever she resided.
She is the Loving Mother of Karen Bigham (Robert), Kathy Chubbuck, Robert Hall, Sr. (Carolyn), Marysusan Hampton, and Randy Wooden (Dana) and also stepmother to Howard W. Wooden, Jr. (passed 2016), William Wooden (Cindy), Albert Colombo Jr. (Jeanne), Joanne Kaelin. Boastful grandmother of Christina Wooden, Amanda Castillo, Amy Wooden, Tracey Purdin, Stephanie Kennelly, Christopher Chubbuck (passed 1991), April Hutchins, Robert Hall Jr. (passed 1989), Derick Hall, Christopher Hall, Brandon Diering, Justin Diering, Jesse Diering, Rebecca Wooden, Alex Wooden, Patrick Wooden, Jacqueline Colombo, Charles Colombo, Peter Kaelin, Zach Martinez, Christina Martinez; plus 14 great grandchildren. Mary’s two sisters preceded her in passing; Kathleen Horner and Dianna Pappert. Survived by her sister; Phyllis Peak, brother; Misha Krachun and extended family; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 from 9:30 - 11:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ, where a Celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Colestown Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ.
