Bruce Haegley

On Monday, August 27, 2018, BRUCE HAEGLEY, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away at the age of 80.  Bruce was born March 31, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA to Howard and Florence Haegley. On December 3, 1966, he married the love of his life Janet (Myers) Haegley.  A resident of Medford for the past 40 years, he spent the majority of his professional career as a salesman for IBM having spent 28 years with the company.  After retiring, he began a new chapter working as a Docent Supervisor for the Battleship New Jersey in Camden, NJ for the past 18 years.  Outside of work, Bruce had varied interests throughout his years including sailing, car enthusiast (especially Corvettes), music, golf, travel and above all spending time with his beloved wife.   Bruce will be lovingly remembered by his wife of over fifty years, Janet and his sons Daryl, Marshall (Stephanie), and Tom (Cindy). Bruce will also be fondly remembered by his seven grandchildren, Regan, Conor, Chase, Sophia, Megan, Bennett and Katelyn as well as his sister Lois Finley.  Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 from 9:30 – 11:30 AM at the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ.  A celebration of life service will be held there at 11:30 AM.  Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy or flowers the family would appreciate donations being made in memory of Bruce Haegley to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital - http://giftfunds.stjude.org/BruceHaegley.  Our family has a strong passion for the mission performed by St. Jude and have been directly impacted by the incredible work of that institution.  (www.BradleyStow.com)
