GERALD P. SCOTKO of Mt. Laurel, NJ, formerly of Marlton, NJ, passed away on Saturday, December 1st, 2018. He was 85 yrs. of age. Born in Bronx, NY, he is the Husband of the late Louise Taylor and the late Adele Scotko (nee Raimondo). Jerry was established in the sign and graphic arts business for over 40 years (Signs by Scotko). He served in the US Army from 1951 – 1953 and was a member of the elite 82nd Airborne Division. He was an avid bowler for 50 years, enjoyed creating stained-glass art work and painting. He was loved by all who knew him and his aim in life was to please everyone. He is Survived by his son, Michael and his wife Karen Kiick of Collingswood, NJ, his daughters Carol Nerney and her husband Tom of Marlton, NJ and Lynne Hartmann-Schaub and her husband Jimmy of Runnemede, NJ. He is the Loving Grandfather of Jessica Wiehr (Robbie), Kevin Nerney (Melissa), Stephen Nerney and Kayla Schaub and Great Grandfather of Blake and Bryce Nerney. He loved and cherished his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and was very proud of them all. Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Church, Willowbend Road in Marlton, NJ, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME in Medford, NJ.
