Steven and Kim I just heard of Jim's passing, and I send my deepest sympathies. Jim and I go way back, and I think we met when we were both in Boy Scouts in 1953 give take. Even though we went to different schools, we had a lot of friends in common and we became good friends. We had the wonderful kids upbringing, and I can remember being awed by Jim's Crosley's and his Dad's motorcycles. We had a lot of fun with cars, make believe girls, movies and just getting into mild trouble. I moved away after 8th grade, but we kept in touch from time to time. They were very good times, and you Dad always kept his sense of humor even though he didn't have the smoothest of rides. I've been thinking about him for the past couple of years, and just wish I hadn't waited to so long to try and find him. He was the best. Leslie

My first boss at my first job at Medford Stock Farm. I enjoyed his humor, integrity, and fellowship. He used to let me drive his white Ford truck, "Red", which was a big deal for a 14 yr old. He taught me how to work...and enjoy donuts. Thanks Jim...

Steve and Kim - Sorry to hear of the passing of your father. - Jim was a great man and a dear friend. I can remember as a kid, spending time at the house and then later in life working for him at the lumber yard. He was always a fair man and giving man, with a huge heart. My prayers go out to you and your families. Troy

I am so very saddened by the loss of Jim. He was a dear friend . I will miss seeing his smile and visits on the weekends. You knew it was Friday JIm came in to see me with a big smile! Talked about his breakfast club . The many holidays spent around my table eating and laughing. The end less motorcyle rides on the weekends. He was so happy to be going up north as he said to see his grandson and tell us when he got back what he had been up to. He will be missed by family and many friends alike. Ride with Billy , Jim <3 love you, Linda
