I will surely miss Leonard. I met him about 18 years ago and he slowly grew on me. I was working at AT&T at the time in Marlton and he asked me where at. I told him the address and he said "that used to be a soybean field, I surveyed that", and then he proceeded to rib me about being in the IBEW union. I learned a lot through the years just listening to Leonard about his work. I would ask him questions about his work, then I would have to pretend on many occasions that I actually understood the answer. I will miss seeing him sitting at the Anderson's table at family gatherings. My heart goes out to all the Anderson family, you have all become my extended family over the years. Do your best in school Jack, for your father, and Sharon and Jack, the hurt you feel now will turn to sweet memories of Leonard as the years go by. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not to your own understandings, and he will surely direct your paths.

Sharon, I was shocked and saddened to hear of this tragic and unexpected loss of your dear husband. Please give Jackson a huge hug for me and tell him that God is the father to the fatherless. This verse gave me some comfort when I lost my dad. I am on Facebook if you would ever want to reach out to me. I love you and Jackson and will be praying without ceasing for you both tonight. I love you both.

Sharon, Jackson and family, my deepest sympathies to you all. Leonard made an immediate impression on me in June of 2016. The impression he made on me will last forever. He joined me at Cardno for a very brief time, but the friendship had it's grip. Upon my departure from Cardno, Leonard was there for me, sharing words of wisdom, Php 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Leonard was a good man. I am humbled to have known him. May the peace of Christ be with you both.

Leonard,
It's been a long time since I've seen you, but that doesn't take away from the hurt I feel at your passing. Our time together at TWT was awesome. You were "one of the good guys" and would always help if you were asked. Your humor and good nature was what pulled me into our friendship. I pray your wife and son and family can find comfort in memories of you and the love you showed them.

My condolences to the family. I worked with Leonard for 8 years at MTACC. Before we spoke about the business we always spoke about our families and how we were thankful for God in our lives. I know that he was a God fearing man. May his soul rest in rest in peace. Amen
