Paul Tarello Obituary

PAUL R. TARELLO of Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018.  He was 88 years of age. Born in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late Victor & Catherine Tarello.  Paul grew up in Haverford, PA and attended the Valley Forge Military Academy and was a 1948 graduate of Friends Central in Wynnwood, PA.  He attended Rider University before becoming associated with the family owned business, Tarello’s Restaurant on Chestnut Street in Phila., Pa.  He was a summer resident of Cape May, NJ for many years and had a passion for his boat, “El Toro” and for Sport Fishing.  Paul was a member of the Corinthian Yacht Club in Cape May, NJ and was a veteran of the US Army serving in the Korean War.  He is the Beloved Husband of Robin (nee Love) Tarello of Medford, NJ and the Loving Father of Christopher Paul Tarello and his wife Cindy (Calnen) of Brick, NJ.  He is also survived by his twin granddaughters Mia Hope Tarello and Ryan Faith Tarello both of Brick, NJ, his sister-in-law Leila Halligan, his brother-in-law Joseph Halligan, a niece Holly Halligan and a nephew Blair Brownell.  A private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests Memorial Donations to the Parkinson Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018.  (www.bradleystow.com)
