Anita Catherine (Kondrath) Way

Anita Catherine Way, (nee Kondrath) of Medford Lakes, NJ. passed away on Thursday July 27, 2023, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Donald P. Way. Loving mother of Cheri Way Steffes of Denver, Co., Natalie Ann (Michael) Way Laskosky of Kutztown, Pa. and Julie Way Zaun of Medford Lakes, NJ. Devoted grandmother of Corbin Edward Way, Delenn Catherine Steffes, Katelyn Elizabeth Laskosky, Gavin Way Zaun, Ryan Michael Laskosky, Madison Rose Zaun and the late Steven Laskosky. Great Grandmother of Kaeda Lyric Way. Dear sister of Carol Kondrath, Edward Kondrath, Joseph Kondrath, and the late Martin Kondrath. Also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Anita Catherine Way was born in Philadelphia, PA to Stephanie (nee Dutkiewicz) and Edward Kondrath. Anita is a retired cosmetologist and sales rep for Concentra. She also was a school teacher, teaching the 3rd grade, and a member of the USO as an acrobat traveling to the Azores and abroad. Anita also performed at the world famous Steel Pier in Atlantic City.  Anita also belonged to the Tennis Club, Play Club, South Jersey Pops Orchestra as a violinist, the Medford Seniors Club, Junior Womans of Medford Lakes, the Medford Lakes Country Club, Pinelands Players Medford, and was a world traveler.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, August 2nd  from 10:00 to 11:00AM in St. Mary of the Lakes Church 40 Jackson Road, Medford, NJ 08055. A  Memorial Mass and a Celebration of Life services will follow at 11:00AM. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
