Anne M Rader (née Meade) age 75, of Medford NJ passed away peacefully on Monday December 23, 2024 with her son Mark by her side. Anne was born in NJ, but lived in many parts of the world while growing up as the daughter of an Air Force Sergeant. Anne, her sister, and their mother moved back to NJ when she was a teenager where she became especially close to her late Aunt Eve and cousins.
Anne met her husband Alan before she graduated Rancocas Valley Regional High School, and they married shortly after graduating. She briefly worked locally in the office of Harriett's Oil Service, where her husband also worked. She joined Medford's Emergency Squad for a time, but after their child was born, she eventually settled into being a stay at home mom. She enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening, black and white photography, large jigsaw puzzles, and her many pet birds. Anne had a strong appreciation of nature like her husband and enjoyed taking walks with him in all of the nearby town, county, and state parks, and watch for wildlife. Watching the humming bird feeder outside the kitchen of their Medford home on summer mornings and evenings was an endless source of fascination and enjoyment. She also liked to walk through flea markets on the week-ends with her husband, son and friends.
Anne is predeceased by her husband Alan, her parents Charles Meade and Marie Corsetti, and step father Angelo Corsetti. Anne is survived by her son Mark (Linda) and her sister Jackie. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, January 3, 2024 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ 08055. Funeral Service to follow at 12:00PM for Interment at Park View Cemetery in Historic Medford Village. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Disease research is preferred.
