Arthur Paul Munson

ARTHUR P. MUNSON of Medford Lakes, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Masonic Village in Burlington, NJ after a long illness. He was 95 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he has resided in Medford Lakes for the past 50 years.

Arthur was born December 10, 1930, having a mutual birthday with his mother. He was the son of Albert and Dorothy (Greenfield) Munson. He married Sandra (Albro) Munson in 1967 and they were married 58 years.

Arthur was a graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, PA, received his bachelors degree at Penn State University and his masters degree at Yale University. He also attended classes at Temple University. He taught science at junior high schools and retired in 1985. He believed in the importance of faith, family and community. His hobbies included horticulture, trains, trollies and music.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Paul Munson and Joy Milligan (Michael), one grandchild Sarah Milligan, sister-in-law Connie Knuppel (Peter), several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Larry.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at the Medford United Methodist Church, 2 Hartford Road, Medford, NJ, where a Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM  Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.
