B. HARTLEY SKINNER, of Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2022 at the age of 85 years old. He was the son of the late Bertrand and Isabelle Skinner. Hart grew up in Colorado Springs, CO and loved everything about being out in nature. The Rocky Mountains were like a second home him. Hart hunted, fished, and camped all over those mountains, well into his 60’s. Hart is a Veteran of the US Navy and honorably served his country during the Korean War. He was a long time Realtor, working with various companies in Colorado, including REMAX. Hart lived most of his life in Colorado, before retiring to Bella Vista, Arkansas with his partner, Nancy Skinner. He is survived by his sister Sherrie Watson and his niece Jackie Blaik, beloved Father of Anne Crawford Skinner of Medford, NJ, Cynthia Hampson Seney of Woodstock, GA and Stephen Skinner of Dauphin Island, AL. He is also survived by his partner, Nancy Skinner, his granddaughter, Mary Seney, his grandson, Russell Seney, Tammy Morran, Gayla Sheldon, and Joe Johnson.
