Craig Marcus Ketels, of Tabernacle and Southampton, NJ, peacefully entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on May 8, 2026.
Craig was a devoted husband and loving son, caring brother and uncle, and loyal friend to many. He was known for his larger-than-life personality, his deep love of music and cooking, his strong faith, and lasting impact he had on everyone who knew him.
Craig had an uncanny sense of humor and a presence that could fill any room. He loved deeply, lived fully, and created countless memories that will be treasured forever. Whether listening to music, cooking, spending time with friends, loving on his cats, or riding his quad on the trails, Craig embraced the moments that brought him joy. More than anything, Craig loved his family and the people closest to him.
We take comfort in knowing Craig is reunited in Heaven with his late wife, Tanya (née Riggs); his father, Craig C. Ketels; his brother, Adam; and his grandparents.
He is the son of Nance and William McConnell; the brother and brother-in-law of Caméa Allen and Kirk, Jillian Ketels, Aaron Engler and Heather; uncle of Alexis, Victoria, Sophia, Brianna, Bianca, Ayden and Archer; and great-uncle of Charlotte. Craig is also held close in the hearts of extended family and many dear friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and close friends who cared for Craig with compassion and kindness.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at Craig’s family home, located at 15 Oxford Circle, Southampton, NJ 08088. A service with words of remembrance will be held during this time.
Please join the family immediately following for a celebration of Craig’s life with food, fellowship, and shared memories.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Craig’s memory through an act of kindness or a donation to a charity close to your heart.
