Dona Ricci Kaplan of Medford, NJ passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 77. She went peacefully and was surrounded by her loving family. Dona was a native of Mt. Laurel, NJ and a 1965 graduate of Lenape High School. While there, Dona made a name for herself on stage where she will always be remembered for her signature role as Bloody Mary from South Pacific. Later, Dona attended Upsala College where she studied social work and made lifelong friends. One night, while vacationing in Long Beach Island, Dona met the love of her life, Harold. For fifty years they raised a family, built a life and traveled the world.
After retiring from a very successful career in Real Estate, Dona loved nothing more than spending time with her precious grandchildren. She was also very active in her Senior Center, The Chabad and art classes. Her passing leaves a huge absence for the many people she has touched.

She is survived by her sons Scott (Tina), Geoff (Tracy), and Eric; her grandchildren Aaron, Adam, and Mason; her brother, Dan (Barbara) Ricci and her sister, Ann (Bruce) Ricci.
