DORIS LOUISE HOPKINS-BOWKER spent most of her life as a resident of Medford and most recently Southampton, NJ.  She passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the age of 82.  She is the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Clark) Hopkins. 

Doris knew she had the ultimate job of being a Mother and did it with enthusiasm.  In her later years she worked as a custodian for the Township of Evesham. 

She is the Beloved mother of the late John Bowker Jr., Sharon Whitcraft and her husband Tim of Tabernacle, NJ, Cindy Abrams and her husband Ronnie of Shamong, NJ and Raymond Bowker and his wife the late Gina Bowker of Tennessee.  She is survived by her brother Harry Hopkins Jr. of Bayville, NJ and predeceased by her sisters Dorothy, Ruth, Elizabeth, Marion, Joan and Barbara.  Her Grandchildren Jason Bowker (Amanda) of Ohio, John Bowker, III of Mt. Laurel, NJ, James Bowker, Jacob Bowker of Marlton, NJ, Ronald Abrams (Amy) Jr., Michael Abrams (April) and Jenna Abrams of Shamong, NJ, Lori Bowker and Katelynn Bowker both of Tennessee and 10 Great Grandchildren who brought her immense joy.  Doris also has many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, August 31st from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow in the Parkview Cemetery (formerly Odd Fellows) in Medford, NJ 08055.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Samaritan Hospice at Samaritannj.org or Samaritan Gift Processing PO Box 71425 Philadelphia, PA 19176-1425.
