Ellen Mae Marchitello, (nee Marshall), age 68, of Medford Lakes peacefully left the world on Sunday, September 27, 2020 after a two year battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family; husband, Bruce and children Kerry, Jeffrey (Kelli), James (Kim), and Anne Lawrence (Brett) and grandchildren Hannah, Hailey, Makayla, Jeffrey Jr., Jonathan, Julia, and James. Ellen was born Ellen Marshall to parents Edward and Anne Marshall and is survived by her sister Dot Mongo (Len) and brother Ed Marshall as well as many nieces and nephews.  Ellen attended local Medford schools and Lenape Reginal High School and graduated with a degree in elementary education from Trenton State College (TCNJ). She taught for 33 years in the Shamong school system and enjoyed lifelong friendships with staff (Domino Diva’s), parents, and students. She was a member of the Indian Springs Golf Ladies League as well as Heritage Ladies Golf League in Ocean City. She taught the Mermaids water aerobics class at Medford Fitness. She enjoyed playing bridge, Mahjong, and dominoes with her many friends. Ellen had a positive impact in every aspect of her life and will be missed by all who knew her.  Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, October 2nd, 2020 from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt.
