GEORGE WATERS of Mt. Laurel, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023.  He was 86 years of age.  Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late George Timothy and Sadie S. Waters.  George is the beloved partner of Cindy Fili and the loving father of Donna Reed and her husband Robert and Stephen Waters and his wife Rose.
