Hagen Friedrich Rust

HAGEN FRIEDRICH RUST of Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 26th, 2022.  He was 85 years of age. Born in Munich, Germany, he is the son of the late Friedrich and Ericka Rust and has resided in Medford, NJ for the past 55 years. 

Hagen was a retired Toolmaker and Designer for Dual Machine Tool in West Berlin, NJ and was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, NJ. Hagen was a great storyteller and loved to tell everybody that he survived the bombing of Berlin. Hagen was very creative. He enjoyed working in his yard and had a passion for trains.  He is the Beloved Husband of Diane (nee Johnson) Rust of Medford, NJ and the Loving Father of Susanne Rust Tabasco of Washington Twp. and the late Sonya Rust Abbey.  He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren, Hunter Abbey, Summer and Savannah Scheufele. 

Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Monday, October 3rd, 2022 beginning at 10 am followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 noon at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ. Interment will follow in the Marlton Baptist Cemetery in Marlton, NJ.  In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy the family requests memorial donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Association 912 Killian Hill Road SW, Lilburn, GA 30047.
