JAMES ANTHONY KAMERDZE, age 79, of Medford, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at the Samaritan Hospice Center in Mt. Holly, NJ. Born in Hazelton, PA, Jim has resided in Medford since 1976 and is the son of the late James and the late Clementine (nee Marchetti) Kamerdze.
A long time educator and counselor for the Burlington County Vocational School in Medford, NJ, Jim began his career there in 1976 and retired in 2004. He held a BS in Education from La Salle in 1967 and received his Masters from The College of New Jersey in 1971.
He is the Beloved Husband of Elizabeth A. (nee Burns) Kamerdze of Medford, NJ and the Loving Father of Molly Zielke and her husband Eric of Atco, NJ, Ian Kamerdze and his wife Georgia of Medford, NJ and Morgan Bifano and her husband Anthony of Maryland. He is also survived by his grandchildren Jaclyn and Danielle Kukon and Leo and Luka Bifano.
There will be neighborhood community wake from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 at Medford Memorial Community Center, 21 South Main St., Medford, NJ 08055 with light snacks and refreshments to share stories and record memories with Jim’s friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ where a Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
