Joan L. (Goodwin) Horner

Joan L. Horner (nee Goodwin) of Tuckerton, NJ, formerly of Leisuretown, NJ passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  She was 98 years of age.  Born in Carbondale, Pa, she is the oldest surviving child of the late Isadore (nee Vail) and the late John Goodwin, Sr.

Joan worked at New Lisbon Developmental Center as the head cottage training supervisor for over 27 years.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, and all kinds of flowers.

Joan is the beloved mother of the late Bruce, Margaret Eisengart of Tuckerton, NJ, Cheryl Moore of Pendelton, IN, loving mother-in-law of Carol of West Creek, NJ, adoring grandmother of 7, doting great grandmother of 17, great-great grandmother of 3, dear sister of Marie Van Nort, Elizabeth Goodwin, and John Goodwin, Jr.

Services are private, and will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements under the direction of the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home 127 Medford- Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ 08055.
