JON LEWIS MIETZ of Magnolia, NJ, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 25th, 2024, at Jefferson Hospital in Phila. He died of an aortic aneurism caused by Marfan Syndrome He was 53 years of age. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, he lived in Medford with his family for many years and has resided in Magnolia for several years. Jon graduated from Lenape High School and Rowan College.
He is the Beloved son of the John L and Alice M. (nee Schneider) Mietz of Medford, NJ and the Loving brother of Joey Mietz of Medford, NJ.
Jon loved tye dye shirts and accessories and his long hair. He loved music, working on the computer and playing games on his cell phone. Jon worked in several jobs in the community. Jon was kind. Jon was writing a book and was hoping to finish it soon.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Mary of the Lakes Church, 40 Jackson Road, Medford, NJ 08055, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ 08055.
