Judith A. (Tucker) Spooner

JUDITH A. SPOONER, (nee Tucker), age 80, passed away peacefully at Medford Leas in Medford, NJ on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025. She was born in Akron, OH, to Rex and Florence Tucker and grew up in East Grand Rapids, MI. Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years and love of her life Dennis Glen Spooner.

Judy was the beloved mother of Kimberly (Spooner) Sventy and her husband Brian of Lumberton, NJ and Scott Thomas Spooner and his wife Lucille of Malta, Europe. Judy had five grandchildren who were the light, pride and joy of her life: Peyton, Riley and Sydney Sventy of Lumberton, NJ and Miles and Elise Spooner of Malta. Judy is also survived by her sister Susan (Tucker) Cady and her husband Chuck of Traverse City, MI and sister-in-law Dr. Jan Spooner of Charlevoix, MI as well as her nieces and nephews Sarah (Cady) Morris, Jeffrey Spooner, Kelly (Spooner) Lombardi, and Megan Spooner.

Funeral Service and Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.

The family would like to express their gratitude to all the wonderful caregivers at Medford Leas for their care and compassion during the last several years of Judy’s life.
