Obituary
Kelly Elizabeth Reed (nee Horner) of Medford, NJ passed away peacefully on August 1, 2023. She was 61 years of age and lived a beautiful life.
Kelly was born in Mount Holly, NJ to Ann (nee Parker) and Gerald Horner. She was the beloved wife of Jeffrey Reed who loved her for 43 years, and the loving mother of Stephanie Reed Neptune and Bradley Reed. She was predeceased by her dear sister Lynn P. Gifford. She is survived by her brother Douglas Horner and his wife, Angie Horner; her sisters Sherry Zima, and Charity Felix and her husband, Kevin Felix; her two grandchildren, Josh and Demi; and several nieces and nephews.
Kelly was a true example of one who loved Christ and was committed daily to her faith, family and friends.
Kelly loved spending time in the sun and sand, whether it be in Florida or Long Beach Island. Many a day was spent on the beach or a sand bar with her sisters, her daughter Stephanie, her closest friends and her grandchildren Demi and Joshua. She also enjoyed sun-filled vacations in these places with the best of friends and her loving husband, Jeff.
To know Kelly was to love her.
She is missed by all who knew her, but we know her life is only just begun with our Savior and the ones who went before her. Our goodbye’s will one day be a glorious reunion.
A visitation will be held with the family on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 1PM-3PM in Bradley & Stow Funeral Home at 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ 08055. A celebration of her life will follow at 3PM.
Interment is private and held at the convenience of her family.
