Loretta "Jo-ann" Joan (Clark) Crouse

Loretta “Jo-ann” Joan (Clark) Crouse, age 94, of Southampton, NJ passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. She was born and raised in Aroostook County, Maine. Her parents were Muriel (Smith) Clark and Irvine K. Clark.

Joan was the loving mother of Daniel (Martha) Crouse, Dana (Sue) Crouse, Cindy (Sandy McHugh) Crouse, Timothy (Helena) Crouse, Deborah (Mike Torpey) Crouse.

Joan was a dedicated, caring nurse for several years in New Jersey, and Hawaii. She loved talking politics and enjoyed having her neighbors over to play card games and have some of her delicious congo squares. She loved baking bread and donuts and prepared many wonderful meals for her family and friends. She was very active in her church and loved listening to the old gospel hymns.

She was the doting “Granny Jo” of five grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. She was the dear sister of Joy (Clark) Corey, Jim (Lorraine) Clark, and Jon ( Kendra) Clark Joan is also survived by her sister-in-law Lois (Parker) Clark. Along with her beloved husband Milton, she was pre-deceased by her brother Jay Clark and brother-in-law Ken Corey. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday, November 14, 2024 in the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ 08055 at 1:00pm.  A funeral service will follow at 2pm.
