Louis Gribaudo passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, he was 89 years of age. Lou was a generous man with a big heart and a kind disposition. He loved people and always put them at ease with his humor and charming personality. He was a retired engineer and marketing professional and became president of ITE Naval Division, and eventually, Vice President of SPD Technologies. He served on special committees where he was integral in implementing regulations for commercial sea vessels, seismic testing for nuclear power plants and electrical distribution systems for the navy. Known as Chef Luigi Mario, he was proud of his Italian heritage and was known for creating delicious meals, always to be enjoyed with wine in his kitchen. Lou was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, fisherman and golfer, who holds the distinction of achieving a hole in one. His car always seemed to find its way to the Borgata, where he and and his wife would wine, dine and enjoy shows.
