While raising her five children, Maryann attended Middlesex County College and Rutgers University, leading to a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Her education and caring heart
allowed her opportunities to serve people in need in her community for many years. Maryann loved the outdoors and enjoyed activities such as cycling, hiking, horseback riding,
and the beach. She also had a love for reading, photography, and ping-pong. These interests have been passed along as a gift to her children and grandchildren. Maryann was an inspiring example of overcoming adversity. She sacrificed for her children not only when they were young, but into adulthood. Her family is comforted knowing that her lifelong journey has brought her home to the Lord.
