Maryanne (Bird) Meosky

Maryanne Meosky (nee Bird), age 80, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to Mary (nee Roselione) and Stuart Bird.

Maryanne is survived by her husband, Peter P. Meosky, Jr., whom she married over 59 years ago after meeting at the age of 14. She is also survived by her son, Peter P. Meosky III; her daughter, Melissa A. Slocum (nee Meosky); her daughter-in-law, Danielle Meosky (nee Balsama); her son-in-law, John C. Slocum; her grandsons, Sebastion P. and Bryce D. Meosky; and her granddaughters, Maura E. and Samantha M. Slocum.

A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who spent many years taking care of her family and later pursued a career as a Medical Transcriptionist.  She enjoyed beach vacations, dancing, and listening to Elvis Presley.  

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family starting at 9:30am in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 42 West Main St., Moorestown, NJ 08057. A memorial mass will follow at 10:30am.

Maryanne Meosky will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
