Patricia A (Albee) Bancroft

PATRICIA A. BANCROFT (Nee Albee), of Southampton, NJ, passed away on Monday, March 29th, 2021. She was 87 years of age. Born in Binghamton, NY, she is the daughter of the late Ronald M. and L. Alberta Albee, and is the Beloved wife of the late Richard Lee Bancroft.  Patricia was a graduate of Syracuse University, with a degree in Education. She spent her entire career as a teacher, retiring from Shawnee High School where she taught business education and was class advisor for the classes of 1989 and 1990. Patricia was an active member in her community and church: Past President and member of Burlington County Friends of the Library, member of Busy Bees, Red Hats, Mayfair Ladies, to name a few. 

Patricia is the Beloved Mother of Michael Bancroft (Ruth) of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Susan Bancroft Fuller (Frank) of Madeira Beach, FL. She is the Loving Grandmother of Breanne, Amanda, Tricia, Michelle, Samantha and Jay; she is the Loving Great Grandmother of Maxwell, Alexander, Jesica and Zachary. She is also survived by her sister Susan George of Georgetown, Ky and her niece, Heather VanDemark.  Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family on May 15, 2021 from 11:00 –12:00 at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 1 Winchester Circle, Tabernacle, NJ. A short Memorial Service will be held directly after the visitation at 12 PM. Interment will be held privately at the B.G. Wm. C. Doyle Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.  In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family asks that donations be made to the Sally Stretch Keen Memorial Library of Vincentown, 94 Main St., Vincentown, NJ 08088.
