PATRICIA A. MARSDALE “Tricia” (nee Cleary) of Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 19th, 2022. She was 82 years of age. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she is the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Cleary and the wife of the late Warren Marsdale who she was married to for 53 years. Tricia was a long time Real Estate Appraiser in the Medford area and owner of Marsdale Appraisals in Medford, NJ.

She is the Beloved Mother of Robert Marsdale of Medford, NJ and the late Richard Marsdale. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael, Alyssa Kemp, Allyson, Austin, Sam, Camille, and Jason. Her 3 great grandchildren, Audrey Doron, Warren Marsdale and Davis Kemp, and her daughter-in-laws Debbie Marsdale and Lynn Marsdale.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, December 2nd, 2022 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM and on Saturday, December 3rd, from 10:30 – 11:30 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ, where a Funeral Service will be held, Saturday at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
