Phyllis Laura (Palmer) Fedor

Phyllis Laura Fedor (nee Palmer), age 92, of Shamong, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. She was born in Trenton, NJ to Evelyn (nee Davenport) and Roland Palmer.

Phyllis had worked for H&R Block. She was a life member of the Medford Farms Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and the Burlington County Firefighters Ladies Auxiliary.

Phyllis is the loving mother of Charles Palmucci (Donna), Karen Palmucci, Julie Parker (Edward), and Ronald Fedor, adoring grandmother of Chuck Palmucci (Shannon), John Mulcahy (Michelle), Ashley Hutton (Brandon), Destiny Mulcahy and Great Grandmother of Leighandra Hutton, Nolan Mulcahy, and Elise Mulcahy.

She was predeceased by her parents Evelyn and Roland Palmer, siblings Arthur Palmer, Sandra Reid, Karlyn Scardone and Great Grandchildren Mackenzie Mulcahy and Ayla Mulcahy.

Phyllis is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to her viewing at the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ 08055 on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 9AM to 11AM. A funeral service will be held at 11AM. Interment will follow at Jr. Mechanics Cemetery, 133 Carranza Road, Tabernacle, NJ 08088.
