Richard Joseph Igo of Mount Holly, NJ passed away peacefully on December 22, 2023. He was 56 years of age. Born in Willingboro, NJ to Barbara Ann (nee Laverty) and Thomas John Igo.
Richard was the husband of the late Betsy Sue Igo (nee Wells), loving father of Shauna and Landon Igo, dear brother of Jim Igo, the late Thomas Igo, Kathy Recchiuti, Patricia Igo, Paula Endt and John Igo, also survived by 6 nieces & nephews and 4 great nieces and nephews.
Richard lived in Willingboro before moving to Medford with his family in 1979. He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1986. Richard was a former volunteer firefighter for the Medford Lakes Fire Department. He enjoyed going on family fishing trips, and playing golf. Richard was an avid New England Patriots fan and a movie buff. He was always happy to help out others if they needed it.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th , 2024 from 7pm-9pm in the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ 08055. A funeral service will follow at 9pm. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
