Robert Salvatore Grillo

ROBERT S. GRILLO of Shamong, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 23rd, 2024.  He was 94 years of age.  Born in Brooklyn, NY, he is the son of the late Salvatore and Theresa (nee Gaudioso) Grillo and the Husband of the late Dorothy E. (nee Zinke) Grillo.  Robert has resided in Shamong for the past 34 years.  Robert worked at Maguire Air Force base as an airplane mechanic for many years and also at Boeing Vertol in Ridley Park, PA.  He also worked for Napa Auto Parts as a delivery person until the age of 90 and was a veteran of the US Air Force and serviced during the Korean War and was retired from the Air National Guard.  He is the Beloved Father of Robert J. Grillo and his wife Karen of Delran, NJ, Carl J. Grillo and his wife Renee of Millville, NJ, Diane H. Sears and her husband Gary of Lumberton, NJ and Patricia M. Ciemansky of Estelle Manor, NJ.  He also survived by his grandchildren Jennifer Winser, Krystal Sears, Jacqueline Grillo, Megan Kramer, Ashley Grillo, Matthew Grillo and Nicholas Grillo and also 6 Great Grandchildren.  

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday from 7:00 – 9:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 1st at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Eucharist, 520 Medford Lakes Road, Tabernacle, NJ.  Interment will follow in the BG Wm. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
