Dr. Robert J. “Bob” Kandrotas, PharmD, (66) of Southampton, NJ, passed away suddenly on May 15, 2020. Born in Teaneck, NJ, Bob grew up in Paterson, NJ, attended Paterson Catholic HS (1972), the University of New Mexico (BS -1976), and The State University of New York at Buffalo (PharmD.). Bob went on to teach pharmacology at the University of Utah and later served as the Director of Critical Care Pharmacology at Miami Children’s Hospital. Most recently Bob worked as a pharmacologist at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. Bob was predeceased by his parents (Annette Lagatol Kandrotas and Constantine Kandrotas). He is survived by his uncle, Lawrence Lagatol of Lavallette, NJ and cousins Richard, Vincent (Elaine), and Catherine Mayher of Burlington County. Bob was a dedicated professional who published a variety of esteemed research articles through his 35 year career in Pharmacology. Friends are welcome to join the family for an online Facebook mass which will be celebrated in Bob’s memory and streamed live on Saturday, May 23 at 5 pm on the APG Catholic Community site. Interment will be private in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Hackensack, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.
