RONALD J. DAVIDSON, of Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026. He was 80 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late James H. and Eliza (nee Todd) Davidson and has resided in Medford most of his life.
Ron was a retired Teacher and Coach for Lenape High School in Medford, NJ, teaching from 1975 until his retirement in 2004. A 1964 graduate of Lenape High School and 1968 graduate of Virginia Tech, Ron is a member of the Lenape Athletic Hall of Fame and Virginia Tech Athletic Hall of Fame. He coached High School Football, Basketball, Track and Golf. In his retirement he loved to play golf and spend time with his grandchildren.
He is the Beloved Husband of Sally C. (nee Clark) Davidson of Medford, NJ and the Loving Father of Ronald J. Davidson Jr. and his wife Jacqueline of Marlton, NJ, Robert C. Davidson and his wife Terry of Medford, NJ and Randy L. Davidson and his wife Mary of Marlton, NJ. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: Madison, Sarah, RJ, Lily, Lauren, Hayden and Reid as well as a sister Eliza Jane Wells, and his brothers Jim & Tom Davidson.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ, where a Celebration of his Life will be held on Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family would request memorial donations to your favorite charity.
