WILLIAM A. WEBB III of Medford Lakes, New Jersey, passed away on March 1, 2023. William, fondly known by friends and family as Webbie or Bill was born to William Webb Jr., and Eileen (McDevitt) Adamonis. Bill served the residents of Medford Township as a police officer for twenty-two years. Bill was a consummate professional who touched many lives throughout his career. Most importantly he touched the community with his commitment to the agency and enduring friendship. Chief Webb was a decorated Sergeant with Medford Police for the last twenty-two years. Bill joined the Medford Township Department of Fire & EMS in January of 2011. He brought many years of experience as a line officer and Chief Officer to department. Bill was a previous member of the Washington Township Fire Department, Evesham Fire Rescue, Waterford Fire Department, and most recently the Medford Lakes Fire Department along with Medford Fire & EMS. Bill was a leader and a mentor in the department. He was a decorated officer. In his free time, Bill enjoyed volunteering to coach the Shawnee boys baseball team and riding his motorcycle. Bill leaves behind his loving wife, Mandy, his mother and step-father, Bill and Eileen Adamonis, and his brother. Cory (Chelsea). He is predeceased by his sister, Michelle. Bill will be remembered as a loving husband, son, brother, and uncle to his family. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, March 6, 2023 from 5:00 - 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM in the Fellowship Alliance Chapel, 199 Church Road, Medford, NJ, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. (Please enter from the entrance on Rt. 541). A final procession with honors will follow the services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME in Medford, NJ.
