Dr. Alvan E Brockow

DR. ALVAN E. BROCKOW of Medford, NJ, passed away on Friday, May 5th, 2017.  He was 89 years of age.  Born in Los Angeles, CA, he was the son of the late Eugene and Rae Brockow and the Husband of the late Jeraldine Brockow.  Alvan was a graduate of the Susan Dorsey High School in Los Angeles, CA and a graduate of UCLA.  He was a retired Teacher for the Rancocas Valley Regional H.S. District and was a Tax Account for JAC Partners in Medford, NJ for 40 years.  He was also a veteran of the US Air Force serving during the Korean War.  He is the Beloved Father of Chris Brockow and his wife Helen of Marlton, NJ and the Loving Grandfather of Mary T. Madden of Cherry Hill, NJ and Michelle Maddon of CA.  He is also survived by his sister Carolyn Binegar of CA, his Great Grandchild Jolie Collins, his Step-children Joan Mangen, Julia Robel, and Jason Mangen and 2 great step-grandchildren and 3 great great step-grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside service on Thursday, May 11th at 10:30 AM in the Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Broomall, PA.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.  (www.BradleyStow.com)
