WILLIAM J. JORDAN, of Marlton, NJ, and formerly of Hainesport, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015. He was 91 yrs. of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas P. & Frances Jordan. Bill proudly served in the United States Army during WWII as a Sergeant. After his military service, Bill attended Ursinus College, where he met his wife, Margaret. He taught history in Pemberton Township Schools and was an Administrator at the BCIT. Also, Bill was a National Park Service Ranger who conducted tours of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA. Bill enjoyed traveling with his wife and achieved his goal to visit all 50 of the United States. A member of the Medford-Vincentown Rotary, he enjoyed attending meetings and giving back to the community. He is the Beloved Husband of the late Margaret H. Jordan (Nee Hunter) and the Loving Father of Karen L. Jordan of Morrisville, PA, William Jordan (Linda) of Toms River, NJ, and Deborah E. Jordan of Sea Cliff, NY. He is the brother of the late Thomas “Bud” Jordan. His greatest joy in life was his family, especially his beloved grandchildren: Jane and her husband Peter, Haley, David and Cassidy; and his great-grandchildren: Henry and Stanley. Relatives and Friends are invited to greet his family from 10AM-11AM on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd, Medford, NJ.
