Edward T Nelson

EDWARD T. NELSON of Tabernacle, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, January 19, 2015.  He was 80 years of age.  Born in Camden, NJ he has resided in Tabernacle for the past 45 years, moving there from Camden.  Life member of the Medford Farms Vol. Fire Co. and a Honorary member of the Tabernacle Fire Co. #1.  He was also a life member of the Burl. Co. Fire Police Assoc. and the NJ State Fire Police Assoc.  A retired Lift Truck Operator for Weyerhauser in Barrington, he retired in 2000 after 45 yrs.  He is the Beloved Husband of Dorothy M. (nee Young) Nelson of Tabernacle, NJ and the Loving Father of Edward T. Nelson (Lisa) of Pine Hill, NJ, Terri Zane (Keith) of Tabernacle, NJ. Edward P. Nelson (Donna) of Southampton, NJ, Pamela Ward of Camden, NJ and Edward Ward (Wendy) of Pine Hill, NJ,.  He is also survived by his 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Granddaughters.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, Jan. 26th from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ.  Due to the weather a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 27th at 1:00 PM at the Tabernacle Fire Company.  Interment will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015 at 12:30 PM in the BG Wm. Doyle Veterans Mem. Cem. In Wrightstown, NJ.  In lieu of other expressions of sympathy donations to the Tabernacle Fire Co. #1, 76 Hawkins Rd., Tabernacle, NJ 08088 or to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
