My husband and I had the opportunity to meet John under not so pleasant circumstances. John was the "Mayor" of the infusion center. There wasn't a nurse, patient or clown up there who didn't know him. I don't think we ever seen him without a smile and we loved to hear about his children and his grandchildren. It was a pleasure to have known him for just a short time. We were very sad to hear of his passing. Rest easy John you were a good man.

Helena and Family...please accept our sincere condolences of the passing of John. You both were one of the first couples that we came in touch with at the Lodge. John fought the good fight and surely the Lord will tell him Good Job my son. May God bless you and give you peace.

Dear Helena,
So sorry to hear about your loss. We so much appreciated John for many reasons. His kindness and generosity was extended to our family on many occasions. His humor was used to always make us laugh and to bring a smile to our faces. His words of encouragement to me as a young minister gave me a "boost" and were very timely.
We will pray for God's comfort for all of you during this time!

To Helena and all the Volpe family. God has taken back his angel. John was a beautiful person, who was tough as nails, gave u great advice on how to handle life. He was kind, generous, fun, and always gave u a great laugh. God has given the Bruey family, a new member to our family. We loved John, and are sad to see him leave us. It is never good-bye, by the Lord Jesus Christ, it is, see u later our best friend. John loved children. Savannah and I had a great time on the Ocean City boardwalk, with him. He insisted that we have his favorite ice cream, KORRS BROTHERS. So funny, he bought us mega cones, it took forever to eat those things. John gave us a great times, such as this, he made great memories for us. Thanks John, from Al, Carol, Savannah, and Chris Bruey, with love forever, and always in our hearts. God Bless

Dear Helena and the VOLPE family,
Our hearts are with you during this difficult time. We thank God for knowing you and spending time with you at the Lodge. Our prayer is that the family will find peace, courage and strength in Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are here if you need us. We are only a phone call away. II Corinthians 1:3-4
"Blessed be God, even the Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are In any trouble by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."
