My deepest sympathy and condolence to Wayne's family. As a fellow Civil Engineer, I had the privilege of working with Wayne on several projects over the last 18 years. As we did, I developed a personal admiration and appreciation of the kind of engineer he was, and, more importantly, the kind of man he was. He will be greatly missed. The world was a better place with Wayne in it; but now heaven has the luxury of his company. Rest in peace Wayne. God bless.

To Ann, Tim and Family:
Please accept my condolences and deepest sympathies on your loss. I regret my inability to attend and personally pay my respects to you and the family at the services held yesterday to honor and celebrate Wayne’s’ life.

Wayne Lippincott was one of the two primary figures in my career change from contractor to engineer that began in August of 1999. Wayne’s guidance, mentoring and friendship were essential elements in my path to becoming a professional engineer.

I have fond memories of my times at Lippincott & Jacobs. I look back at those ten years and recall the many fascinating projects in which Wayne and I were engaged. The dams were my favorite – ranging from the inspection work for the NJ Division of Fish & Wildlife to the construction oversight of the Alloway Dam in Salem County. Through all of them, Wayne was a source of knowledge and instruction.

I continue to practice engineering from my home in Bucks County, PA. I love my work and will never forget that Wayne and Lippincott Engineering were the reasons I was able to become an engineer. After watching the beautiful compilation of photos on the Bradley website, it’s clear that Wayne touched many, many lives. I was blessed to be one of those.

Again, my deepest sympathies,
Mike Black

Just met Irv once. He was such a lovely man. My husband and Irv had a great conversation about watches.
Good men like Irv give lots of joy, but are so missed. May your good memories bring you that joy again!
